TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is special planning services for technical equipment - HLS according to § 53 HOAI for the renovation of the sports hall of the Ganerben-Gymnasium in Künzelsau. The commissioning includes service phases 1 to 8 and is carried out in stages (Stage 1: service phases 1 to 3, Stage 2: service phases 4 to 8). There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the subsequent service stage. The aim of the measure is the comprehensive structural, technical and energetic modernization of the sports hall to ensure contemporary use for school and club sports. The hall should meet the current requirements for energy efficiency, safety, accessibility and functionality. The sports hall of the Ganerben-Gymnasium dates from the 1970s and shows a considerable technical and energetic need for renovation due to its age. Parts of the changing and ancillary rooms no longer meet today's requirements. The need for renovation of the changing areas was already pointed out in the course of the school renovation.
