The municipality of Oldambt intends to develop a future-proof sports, swimming and education complex that promotes health, development, meeting and social connectedness. For this reason, the municipality of Oldambt (hereinafter: the municipality) intends to contract a single construction management party for the development of a new complex comprising a swimming pool, sports hall and school, which matches the needs of the municipality, the region and its users. Within the project, it concerns the demolition of the current facility (without the need for temporary accommodation) at the Stikkerlaan site (sports hall and school) up to and including the completion (handing over) of the newly to be realized complex (swimming pool, sports hall and school).
