TENDER DESCRIPTION

Payroll administration is currently outsourced to an external party, which performs these activities for approximately 10 to 12 hours per week and, if necessary, ad hoc consultancy services. This party is responsible for the periodic payroll processing and related activities as described in Appendix F – Activities. Personnel administration is housed within the HR team, part of the HR & Organisational Development department, and is carried out by three part-time employees. They are responsible for providing, checking and processing various personnel changes. Since January 2023, the AFAS system has been used. A large part of the HR and payroll processes has been set up via workflows within this system. This ensures a structured and digitised way of working, but also requires specific system knowledge and support. This contract is a framework agreement with a total estimated value of € 203,000,- exclusive of VAT over the entire duration of the agreement of 4 years (including extension options).
