TENDER DESCRIPTION

Foundation WIJ Groningen (hereinafter: WIJ Groningen) intends to contract a single professional contractor for the performance of the payroll administration for WIJ Groningen. The agreement starts on 11 January 2027 for the purpose of implementation and transition. The regular payroll service begins no later than 23 March 2027. The contractor will be responsible for carrying out the operational payroll administration activities, including payroll processing, payroll runs, transaction change processing, checks, wage tax filings, pension processing, annual work, reporting and support for the accountant. The services will be performed within the existing AFAS environment of WIJ Groningen. If necessary, the contractor must also be able to provide additional services in the form of functional management, specialist advice and support with issues in the field of payroll administration, laws and regulations and AFAS. This assignment is a public contract. The contract includes payroll administration services for approximately 800 employees.
