TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Framework Agreement relates to the supply and management of Wmo assistive devices. The service includes, among other things: • Supply of assistive devices to clients; • Maintenance and repair of assistive devices, both preventive and following reports; • Logistics processes, such as delivery, collection and return receipt; • Client contact and coordination with the municipality and relevant parties; • Ensuring that assistive devices are put to useful use and are used. The exact scope of the services is laid down in the contract to be concluded, including agreements on quality, delivery times and service. This assignment is a framework agreement with an estimated value of € 9.000.000,- exclusive of VAT. The maximum value is € 13.500.000,- exclusive of VAT.
