With this procurement, the Municipality seeks a collaboration with one Contracting Party that, in a reliable, flexible and future-proof manner, meets the additional need for rented vehicles in situations where the regular mobility arrangements are not sufficient or not suitable. For business transport, the Municipality has its own pool of service cars, which is supplemented with rented vehicles. The rented vehicles provide a flexible addition to the available mobility arrangements and are used when the Municipality’s own transport means are not sufficient or when specific types of vehicles are required. Estimated value is €255,000, including the two extension options. The maximum contract value is therefore €382,500.
