The contract concerns the provision of external capacity for, from a single accountable point of contact, coordinating and comprehensively handling applications for permits for environmental planning activities (BWT). To that end, the contractor provides expert permit-granting officers who carry out their work independently but under final responsibility for the ODMH activities within the applicable statutory and policy framework.
