TENDER DESCRIPTION

The desired occupational health services are threefold: (1) absence prevention; (2) guidance and support during absence; and (3) taking over the current tasks regarding scheduling appointments and providing support in difficult cases for management and (by monitoring case files and intervening in time in incorrect case files). In recent years, ASG has used occupational physicians for an average deployment of 20 hours per week (assuming 40 weeks per year). The costs for this averaged € 250.000 per year. Based on the new desired situation, with a different implementation and expansion of services compared with previous years, an annual contract value of € 500.000,- is assumed.
