TENDER DESCRIPTION
To supply, implement, manage, maintain, update and further develop a Container Management System for the municipality of Rhenen, including data migration, interfaces, support and user training. The assignment includes the supply, implementation, management, maintenance, updating and further development of a Container Management System. The system is used, among other things, for managing approximately 20,600 mini containers, 97 underground containers, 35 above-ground containers, waste passes and visits to the waste transfer station. The assignment also includes data migration, interfaces with existing systems, training for users, support and updates. The stated figures are indicative and may change during the term. No rights or minimum purchase obligations may be derived from this. The agreement has an initial term of four years. The municipality may extend the agreement twice by two years. The maximum term is eight years.
