TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of this procurement concerns providing support for ICT management and carrying out ICT management in the following areas: • Service level management; • Technical management; • Support for security management. Within the scope of this procurement, the Contracting Authority and Bidder work together to give shape to the ICT management. A further description of the ICT management and a further clarification of the role of the Contracting Authority and the Bidder is described in Annex XII Programme of requirements for ICT management. Purpose and duration Through this procurement, the Contracting Authority intends to select and contract one (1) Bidder for the provision of ICT management for an initial period of three (3) years. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral, optional extension possibility of seven (1) times one (1) year. Scope This contract is not divided into lots. Submitting a bid for part of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the procurement procedure.
