TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this procurement, ASG wants to gain more control across ASG and provide direction for the optimal use of contracted labour. In addition to quality, this includes compliance, cost control and good management information, which requires excellent tools as described in the assumptions and in the award criteria. The scope is limited to the hiring of: • Qualified teachers and teaching staff; • Teaching assistants; • Support staff (in any case up to salary scale 9 and above in consultation); • Self-employed persons (ZZP’ers). Based on expenditure in the last twelve months, an annual contract value of € 4,000,000 excluding VAT is realistic. No rights can be derived from this. This is purely an estimate based on the past. It is uncertain how the demand will develop in the coming years. ASG aims to fill the staffing levels as much as possible with its own staff.
