TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kennisnet uses external professionals to carry out its activities, including ICT specialists, advisors, project managers and other support functions. The current framework agreement for broker services ends on 1 January 2027. To ensure continuity of external staffing provision, a new European procurement procedure is being carried out to contract three interim staffing broker service providers. Kennisnet is seeking broker service providers that are able to deliver high-quality services in the area of recruitment and selection, contracting, administrative processing, invoicing, compliance and advice regarding external staffing. In doing so, Kennisnet attaches great value to transparency in fees and chains, compliance with laws and regulations and active support in managing risks related to employment relationships.
