TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the procurement concerns providing support in handling incoming telephone traffic regarding the levy and collection of local taxes and WOZ valuation at times when additional capacity is needed, including peak moments around assessments, decisions, payment terms, reminders, and other relevant process moments. The present contract in this procurement has an estimated contract value of €200,000.00 excluding VAT per year and therefore a total estimated contract of €1,200,000.00 excluding VAT over the entire duration of six (6) years. Note: The estimated annual contract value excluding VAT is also the ceiling amount for the annual ICT management costs. If the annual costs offered by the Tenderer in Annex III Price Sheet exceed the ceiling amount, the Tenderer will be excluded from further participation in the procurement.
