TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to select one (1) Contractor who delivers, implements, hosts, and manages an environmental policy application and an applicable rules application that functionally and technically comply with the requirements of the Environmental Law and the requirements and wishes of H2O, as elaborated in the Program of Requirements (chapter 5). H2O places particular value on a well-secured coherence between the legal rules in the environmental plan and the derived applicable rules, on user-friendly and efficient support of daily work processes, and on continuity of service during and after the transition to the new solution(s). The execution of the Contract begins on January 1, 2027, for a duration of four (4) years (up to and including December 31, 2030). H2O has the unilateral option to extend the Agreement up to three (3) times, each time for two (2) years. If these extension options are fully exercised.
