TENDER DESCRIPTION

Talland College has been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a CRM system since the summer of 2024. The initial setup and use of the CRM system were carried out within the Marketing & Communications team. Within the organization, there is a desire to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 organization-wide. Initially, this expansion focuses on the Lifelong Learning (LLO) domain, increasing the focus from recruiting students for the regular education offering to recruiting/serving working professionals and external relationships for corporate training and for upskilling and reskilling and retraining pathways. The total estimate for the entire duration of the framework agreement of up to 10 years amounts to € 1,200,000 (excluding VAT), consisting of: One-off LLO setup costs with full implementation (including the LLO integrations) in the first 24 months after final award are budgeted at a maximum of € 320,000 and therefore constitute a ceiling amount. Annual management/support costs are budgeted at € 30,000 and then indexed annually. Annual changes to the setup are budgeted at € 40,000 and then indexed annually.
