TENDER DESCRIPTION
European procurement to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of ICT Hardware and ICT Components in 1 lot with 1 supplier via an open procedure, where the submission with the lowest price is the starting point. The estimated contract value is approximately € 34,000,- excluding VAT for the first 14 months after award. This estimate is based on the current ICT hardware and ICT components and the expected replacement requirement based on the depreciation periods used. In doing so, account is taken of an expected replacement peak in 2028, when a substantial portion of the current equipment reaches the end of its service life.
