The purpose of this procurement is to conclude an agreement with a single suitable Contractor who can meet the need for cleaning services, window cleaning and floor maintenance. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European procurement procedure for cleaning services, window cleaning and floor maintenance, following an open procedure, where the submission with the best price-quality ratio is the guiding principle. The estimate for this contract (regular cleaning including floor maintenance) is approximately € 51,000.00 per month including VAT.
