TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipalities of Amstelveen and Aalsmeer have an extensive real estate portfolio for which up-to-date and reliable maintenance information is necessary in order to substantiate planned management, maintenance and investment decisions. The reason for this agreement is the need to (re)inspect the municipal real estate in accordance with NEN 2767, to update the existing inventories and multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs) and to draw up sustainable multi-year maintenance plans (DMJOPs) for part of the portfolio. The volume of the deliverables is 180 objects as set out in Annex B, divided over the forthcoming three years 2027, 2028 and 2029. The estimated volume is based on results from previous assignments and the internal market exploration. No rights can be derived from the estimated volume.
