TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gasunie intends, by means of this procurement procedure, to select a single contractor for the performance of the contract. The purpose of this procurement is to continue and further develop the current AV infrastructure. This means that we want a reliable and efficient audiovisual environment that optimally supports end users (Gasunie employees) in the current hybrid working environment. By selecting a tenderer that is involved throughout all phases (idea, design, engineering, execution and management) of the project (working in a team) and that can support Gasunie when there is a need to do so, continuity and reliability are ensured. The estimated value for the entire duration of the framework agreement (8 years) is, estimated at, €6,000,000. This estimated value relates to the total amount, excluding VAT and excluding indexation, including options and extensions as indicated in these guidelines.
