TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gasunie wishes, through this procurement procedure, to select one contractor for the performance of the contract. The purpose of this tender is to continue and further develop the current AV arrangement. This means that we want a reliable and efficient audiovisual environment that optimally supports end users (Gasunie employees) in the current hybrid working environment. By selecting a tenderer that is involved during all phases (idea, design, engineering, execution and management) of the project (working in a team setting) and that can support Gasunie when needed, continuity and reliability are safeguarded. The estimated value for the entire term of the framework agreement (8 years) is, estimated, €6,000,000. This estimated value refers to the total amount, excluding value-added tax and excluding indexation, including options and extensions as indicated in these instructions for tenderers. These figures are based on available historical data and relevant future expectations. You cannot derive any rights from these figures.
