TENDER DESCRIPTION

By means of this procurement, the contracting authority intends to lawfully enter into a framework agreement with one (1) service provider (intermediary function) for the arranging of transport (flight and/or international train ticket) and accommodation for employees of the contracting authority. This means one service provider, one intermediary, one (service) desk and one unambiguous and integrated (financial and operational) process to support the organisation of transport and accommodation facilities. The objectives are: Efficient, sustainable and lawful procurement of transport and accommodation facilities outside the Netherlands; To be able to offer flexibility and relief to its employees; To achieve an optimum price-quality ratio; To achieve an offer that is optimally suited with regard to transport and accommodation facilities.
