TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this assignment, Gasunie aims to ensure that the outdoor area of the main office located in Groningen is maintained throughout the contract period in a manner that is safe, well-kept, representative, and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards. The assignment includes carrying out regular and corrective green maintenance, carrying out road de-icing (de-icing/anti-icing), and maintaining roof gardens, in accordance with a RAW specification. The intended result is that: • The outdoor area, year-round, meets the established visual and maintenance levels; • the safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and paved surfaces are guaranteed; • the outdoor area has a representative appearance suitable for Gasunie’s main office; • maintenance is carried out efficiently and in a manageable manner within the contract arrangements. Agreement for four (4) years with an option to extend for four (4) times one (1) year.
