TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gasunie wants to achieve with this contract that the outdoor area of the head office located in Groningen is maintained during the contract period in a way that is safe, well kept, representative and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards. The contract includes carrying out regular and corrective green maintenance, carrying out anti-icing measures and maintaining rooftop gardens, in accordance with a RAW specification. The intended result is that: • The outdoor area meets the established visual and maintenance levels year-round; • the safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and the paved areas are ensured; • the outdoor area has a representative appearance appropriate for Gasunie’s head office; • maintenance is carried out efficiently and in a manageable manner within the contract arrangements. Agreement for four (4) years with an option to extend for four (4) times one (1) year.
