TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gasunie wants to achieve with this contract that the outdoor area of the head office located in Groningen is maintained during the contract period in a manner that is safe, well-kept, representative and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards. The contract includes carrying out regular and remedial green maintenance, carrying out road icing control and maintaining roof gardens, in accordance with a RAW specification. The intended result is that: • The outdoor area complies year-round with the established appearance and maintenance levels; • the safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and paved surfaces are guaranteed; • the outdoor area has a representative appearance suitable for Gasunie’s head office; • maintenance is carried out efficiently and in a manageable manner within the contract arrangements. Contract for four (4) years with an option to extend four (4) times one (1) year.
