TENDER DESCRIPTION
Selecting a single supplier that can provide for the delivery and management of multifunction devices and printers, including associated software, maintenance and services for the various locations of Hét Service Centrum. 1. Providing approximately 111 multifunction devices and 40 printers on the basis of rental for printing, scanning and copying; 2. Delivering a print and scan management solution offered as SaaS for the equipment in use; 3. Providing maintenance and troubleshooting of faults; 4. Delivering all associated consumables, with the exception of printing media.
