TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns carrying out scheduled maintenance, periodically replacing lamps, performing repairs, remedying malfunctions in traffic control installations managed by the municipalities of Amstelveen and Aalsmeer, supplying the associated materials—one and all in accordance with the requirements described in this request for tender—and maintaining a fault call-out standby service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contract also includes occasional work such as installing detection loops including connecting them, carrying out minor modifications, and keeping the as-built drawings up to date. Maximum contract value The combined value of the contracts during the entire term including the extension options amounts to a maximum of €980,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority has no obligation to place orders and provides no revenue guarantee. No rights can be derived from this; the revenue expectation is included only as an indication.
