TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the delivery, making ready for use, rental, and dismantling after the rental period of temporary accommodation for primary school de Schuilplaats in Putten. Primary school with the Bible De Schuilplaats has experienced growth in student numbers in recent years and continues to grow according to forecasts. In the IHP 2025-2040, it was agreed that De Schuilplaats will eventually be permanently expanded through a satellite location near the school. This location is not yet available, so it has been agreed that De Schuilplaats will be temporarily expanded at its own location. This concerns temporary accommodation for 2 group rooms including circulation spaces and technical rooms, a corridor, and sanitary facilities. The units will be placed on a paved surface, and the building will preferably be 2 stories high. The temporary accommodation must be ready for use by 13 February 2027. The municipality of Putten intends to conclude an agreement for the delivery and rental of temporary accommodation (in the form of modular construction) for education.
