TENDER DESCRIPTION

The pipeline construction work under Lot 1 involves assembly and welding work for the new intermediate circuit pipeline, for the intermediate circuit from the lake water center to supply the energy center Bederstrasse and the Hürlimann site. The energy pipelines are executed as PE-100-RC solid wall pipes. Pipelines installed by horizontal directional drilling are not included in Lot 1. These sections will be tendered at a later date together with the actual horizontal directional drilling. The intermediate circuit pipeline must be constructed, flushed, and tested by the end of June 2028 from the lake water pumping station to the EZ Hürlimann site to be ready for commissioning of the lake water pumping station as well. From October 2028, the delivery of energy to the EZ Hürlimann site will commence.
