TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is single-award. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts is awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Minimum amount exclusive of tax (HT): 1 000 000 euro(s) HT Maximum amount exclusive of tax (HT): 8 000 000 euro(s) HT Its performance will be mixed. Indeed, it will be carried out both: - From the unit price schedule (BPU) and by means of purchase orders for the services for which, where the scope is known, it allows unit prices to be fixed at the time of contracting, - Through the conclusion of subsequent contracts (MS) when the need arises, for example - for specific services, which take place in particular configurations, or intended to deal with the occurrence of contingencies - for specific services which meet a particular and one-off need.
