TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is single-award. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Minimum amount excl. VAT: 1 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT Maximum amount excl. VAT: 8 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT Its performance will be mixed. In fact, it will be carried out both: - From the schedule of unit prices (BPU) and by means of purchase orders for services whose specification, once known, allows unit prices to be set at the time the contract is awarded, - Through the conclusion of subsequent contracts (MS) when the need arises, for example - for specific services, which occur in particular configurations, or intended to deal with the occurrence of risks, - for specific services that meet a particular and one-off need.
