TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the project is the proper evacuation, the flaring of residual quantities, and the subsequent inerting of the pipeline section "STEGAL Loop" between shut-off station Dürrengleina and shut-off station Wolfsbehringen. The objective is the complete decommissioning of the pipeline section by removing the existing natural gas as far as possible and then filling it with nitrogen as an inert gas. The measure concerns a pipeline section of approximately 97 km in length with nominal size DN 1000 and is intended to be carried out in September 2027. This contract is subject to the Federal Wage Compliance Act (Bundestariftreuegesetz, BTTG) of 30.04.2026 (BGBl. 2026 I No. 119). Bidders are informed that performance of this contract is conditional upon the obligation to provide the employed workers at least the collective wage-based working conditions which are laid down in a statutory instrument applicable, in accordance with § 5 BTTG, to the activities to be performed. With submission of the tender, a corresponding declaration (wage compliance promise) must be provided. This obligation becomes a binding contractual condition for performance.
