Evaluation des BMFTR-Projektes „Hochschulforum Digitalisierung“ [Förderphasen 1-4]

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University Forum on Digitalization (HFD) is a collaborative project existing since 2014 within the consortium of Stifterverband, German Rectors' Conference (HRK), and Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE). The project brings together actors from universities, politics, business, and society as a nationwide expert network to promote the digital transformation process in German higher education. In the first three project phases (2014-2016, 2017-2021, 2021-2025), the establishment, visibility, networking, and broad impact of the HFD were achieved. The current fourth funding phase (2026-2029) aims to further develop the HFD into a transfer-oriented center of competence. In total, approximately 45 million euros have been or are available to the project within the four project phases. Within the scope of this contract, the HFD project is to be evaluated based on the funding measures implemented since the beginning of the project in the approved funding phases (since 2014).
