Evaluation des BMFTR-Projektes „Hochschulforum Digitalisierung“ [Förderphasen 1-4]

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) is a joint project existing since 2014 within the consortium of Stifterverband, Hochschulrektorenkonferenz (HRK), and Centrum für Hochschulentwicklung (CHE). The project brings together actors from universities, politics, business, and society as a nationwide network of experts to promote the digital transformation process at German universities in the field of higher education. In the first three project phases (2014-2016, 2017-2021, 2021-2025), the establishment, visibility, networking, and broad impact of the HFD took place. The current fourth funding phase (2026-2029) aims to further develop the HFD into a transfer-oriented competence center. In total, the project has had or will have approximately 45 million euros available within the four project phases. Within the framework of this contract, the HFD project is to be evaluated based on the funding measures carried out since the beginning of the project in the approved funding phases (since 2014).
