TENDER DESCRIPTION

The first three phases of the Professorship Program were evaluated in the years 2012, 2017, and 2022. The fourth program phase (2023 – 2030) is also to be evaluated in accordance with the Federal-Länder agreement, particularly with regard to its impact on the structural anchoring of gender equality between women and men at universities as well as the improvement of the representation of female scientists and artists in top positions in the scientific field (professorships) (for further points see "2. Objective and Purpose of the Evaluation" in the performance specification). Substantively, the evaluation report, as with Professorship Programs I, II, and III, shall consist of two parts: a Länder report and an assessment of the fourth program phase (2023 – 2030) with regard to the overall program. An agreement on the catalogue of questions and criteria for the Länder survey and the survey of universities has already been reached in the corresponding working group of the Joint Science Conference during PP I.
