Evaluation of Five Pilot Projects Testing Exemptions from Provisions of the Local Government Act, the Property Tax Act, the General Practitioner Regulations, and Other Regulatory Frameworks

TENDER DESCRIPTION

In 2023, the Government invited municipalities and county authorities to apply to participate in the Government’s pilot scheme for municipalities and county authorities. The scheme allows municipalities to test new ways of carrying out their tasks through exemptions from existing regulations. These pilot projects are based on the Act relating to Experiments in Public Administration of 26 June 1992 (the Experimental Administration Act), hereinafter referred to as the Experimental Administration Act.
