The project comprises the following elements: * Outsourcing of the operational tasks of the communications solution, consisting of telephony, network, alerting and locating solutions. * Handover of the operational tasks to the new operator (service transition) * Replacement of the infrastructures which will lose manufacturer support during the course of 2027 Further operational and functional details are described in detail in the attached documents.
