TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender comprises the dismantling, hazardous substance remediation and disposal works at the former judicial site at Munckelstraße 26 in Gelsenkirchen. The measure includes the complete dismantling of the following building complexes, including the professional disposal of the resulting waste: - Former social therapeutic institution with workshop - Former administrative building - Former Amtsgericht The scope of performance includes in particular: - Setting up and maintaining the construction site facilities, - Stripping out (gutting) the buildings, - Hazardous substance remediation (including asbestos, KMF, PCBs) in accordance with the relevant technical rules - Dismantling of structures including paved outdoor surfaces, - Dismantling of components and technical systems containing hazardous substances, - Processing of mineral construction materials including crushing and sampling, - Sorting, transport and proper disposal of all resulting construction and hazardous substance waste, including proof/documentation - Carrying out all required protective, securing and decontamination measures during hazardous substance remediation.
