TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender are dismantling, remediation of hazardous substances, and disposal works at the former judicial premises at Munckelstraße 26 in Gelsenkirchen. The measure includes the complete dismantling of the following building complexes, including the proper disposal of the waste arising: - Former social therapeutic institution with workshop - Former administrative building - Former Amtsgericht. The scope of services includes in particular: - Setting up and maintaining the construction site facilities, - Stripping out the buildings (core dismantling), - Remediation of hazardous substances (including asbestos, KMF, PCB) in accordance with the relevant technical rules - Dismantling of the structures including paved outdoor areas, - Dismantling components and technical systems containing hazardous substances, - Processing mineral construction materials including crushing and sampling, - Sorting, transport and proper disposal of all construction and hazardous substance waste arising, including documentation/proof, - Carrying out all required protective, securing and decontamination measures during hazardous substance remediation.
