TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of “Y” branch suprarenal fixation stent graft in a quantity of 10 pcs/24 months as specified in detail in the Technical Description forming part of the Public Procurement Documentation. In accordance with the tender notice 2.1.4. General information, point 2.5., the tenderer must attach to its tender the product description. The specification of the subject matter of procurement was made taking into account the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) in order to clearly define the nature of the products to be procured. The Contracting Authority accepts performance equivalent to the designated products (and brands). In case of doubt, the tenderer bears the burden of proving equivalence.
