TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern intends to provide, implement and maintain a digital grade and report card management software for all public general education (ABS) and vocational (BLS) schools in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This includes the following types of schools: ABS: primary schools, regional schools, grammar schools (Gymnasien), evening grammar schools (Abendgymnasien), cooperative comprehensive schools (Kooperative Gesamtschulen), integrated comprehensive schools (Integrierte Gesamtschulen), special needs schools (Förderschulen); BLS: vocational schools (Berufsschulen), vocational secondary schools (Berufsfachschulen), higher vocational secondary schools (Höhere Berufsfachschulen), technical schools (Fachschulen), technical secondary schools (Fachoberschulen), vocational grammar schools (Berufliche Gymnasien). The use of this software is also offered to all schools run by private (non-public) providers. At the time of publication of the invitation to tender, use by the schools is voluntary.
