TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lund University has a need to rent event technology such as sound, image, and stage/scenic technology for various events. There is also a need to engage a technical supplier that can deliver complete technical production; event technology and related services for larger and more complex events. The events may be shorter or longer assignments, with long or short on-site response times. Examples of events include academic/scientific congresses, conferences, international meetings, formal events, ceremonies, and dinners. The assignments are preferably carried out in Lund but also in Malmö, Helsingborg and Ljungbyhed.
