TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority and the persons entitled to place orders require advisory and support services for the ongoing review of change messages issued by Microsoft, together with usage recommendations and other services (M365 evergreen management). Even if the ongoing review of the individual changes is carried out with great care, taken as a whole it may be necessary from time to time to review the resulting operating environments for compliance with regulatory requirements, because these too are subject to changes and can develop further. The contracting authority and the persons entitled to place orders ultimately require support and advice for this annual review and documentation (M365 compliance audit). Against this background, the contracting authority plans the time-limited engagement of a provider of M365 advisory services in the area of evergreen management and compliance audit. The framework agreement is concluded upon award. The contract term is 24 months. The term begins on the first day of the month following the award.
