TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts. The services included within the scope of this contract are described below. Services under the minimum amount: - Implementation of the interconnection gateway - Application Maintenance Support of type 1 for a duration of two (2) years (fixed-price model) - Hardware repair for a duration of two (2) years - Training of teams for a maximum volume of twenty (20) sessions Services under the maximum amount: - Services under the minimum amount - Application Maintenance Support of Type 1 for an additional period of from one (1) to a maximum of eighty-four (84) months (fixed-price model or UO model) - Application Maintenance Support of Type 2: TETRA integration to MCx for a maximum volume of four hundred and fifty (450) man-days and GSM-R integration works to FRMCS for a maximum volume of four hundred and fifty (450) man-days - Hardware repair for a maximum duration of seven (7) years (renewable by period of one (1) year) - Training of teams for a maximum volume of eighty (80) sessions - Additional services: ad hoc expert support for a maximum volume of twenty (20) days and assistance…
