TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is to carry out a study entitled “Evaluation of the effects of FENG support on the digitalisation and greening and the development of employees’ competences in enterprises”. The main purpose of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, usefulness and durability of FENG support in the areas of digitalisation, greening of enterprises, and development of employees’ competences (CZK), with particular emphasis on the effects of enterprises’ transformation and the links between digital and green transformation. The study is also intended to develop recommendations for further targeting of support under FENG and future public interventions. In accordance with the FENG Evaluation Plan, this evaluation is a key and horizontal study carried out by PARP on behalf of the Managing Institution. The study will cover the activities of all FENG IPs (PARP, NCBR, BGK, OPI and FnNP). 2.
