Execució d eles obres definides en el Capítol 06 (Instal·lacions) del "Projecte d'obres per a la millora del tractament a l'ETAP Nicolàs de Barberà del Vallès per a la reducció de PFAS", incloent totes les unitats, equips, elements, connexions, treballs d'integració, proves i posada en marxa necessaris per deixar plenament operativa la nova etapa de tractament, incloent en aquesta part del projecte la part proporcional del Capítol 08 (Seguretat i Salut) que resulti imputable a les actuacions relacionades. Queden expressament excloses de l'objecte del contracte les actuacions d'obra civil, adequacions auxiliars, demolicions, moviment de terres, lloses i paviments, gestió de residus i altres treballs complementaris corresponents als Capítols 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 i 07, que podran ser executats directament per SABEMSA amb mitjans propis o mitjançant altres contractacions independents.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the works defined in Chapter 06 (Installations) of the “Works project for improvements to the treatment at the ETAP Nicolàs de Barberà del Vallès for the reduction of PFAS”, including all units, equipment, elements, connections, integration works, tests and commissioning required to leave fully operational the new stage of treatment, including in this part of the project the proportional share of Chapter 08 (Safety and Health) that is attributable to the related actions. The contract’s object expressly excludes civil works actions, auxiliary improvements, demolitions, earthworks, slabs and pavements, waste management and other complementary works corresponding to Chapters 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 07, which may be executed directly by SABEMSA using its own resources or through other independent contracting arrangements.
