The computation of this period begins the day after the formalization of the Acta de Replanteig (Survey Report).

The end date is when the works are entirely completed, allowing for their reception.

• Controlling budget estimation throughout the process through efficient verification of project unit quantities, comparing them with actual work, verifying measurements at different project phases, analyzing change proposals, and estimating maintenance costs for the finished infrastructure.
• Facilitating the management of the finished building/infrastructure by identifying and locating elements/materials, ensuring reliable information transfer to the end-user, and establishing maintenance needs.
