TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the works described in the “Basic and execution project for the renovation and rehabilitation of the building, facilities, and premises of Mercavallès (phase 1 roof replacement)”, prepared by the team of UTE COR ASSOC S.L. and ESTUDI PSP ARQUITECTURA S.L.P., with NIF U72916125 and signed by its legal representative, architect Ramon Torrents, COAC registered number 28,154-9. The roof of the Mercavallès building is in a deteriorated state that compromises the safety, waterproofing, and conservation conditions of the equipment, rendering ordinary maintenance measures insufficient. Furthermore, the roof contains materials with asbestos content, whose removal aligns with the recommendations and objectives of the European Union regarding public health and safety, urging the elimination of asbestos from public buildings by the year 2028.
