TENDER DESCRIPTION

For implementing the investment objective, the open tender procedure is required for the procurement of Construction Works for Hotel [accommodation spaces and related functions], exterior landscaping, roadways and pedestrian paths, parking areas, utilities and connections, organization of the execution of the works, height regime D+P+Mz+4E. The procurement objective is the signing of the works contract that will be carried out, in accordance with the requirements of the technical design and the specifications, namely – Construction Works for Hotel [accommodation spaces and related functions], exterior landscaping, roadways and pedestrian paths, parking areas, utilities and connections, organization of the execution of the works, height regime D+P+Mz+4E, within the project “CONSTRUCTION OF HOTEL [ACCOMMODATION SPACES AND RELATED FUNCTIONS] EXTERIOR LANDSCAPING, ROADWAYS AND PEDESTRIAN PATHS, PARKING SPACES, UTILITIES AND CONNECTIONS, ORGANIZATION OF WORKS EXECUTION”, funded through the Just Transition Program (PTJ) 2021 - 2027.
