TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public procurement concerns the execution of works related to the investment objective "Restoration and sustainable valorization of the cultural heritage of Făgăraș Municipality - The Architectural Ensemble Făgăraș Fortress - Castle and North Guard Corps - South Guard Corps and Gate Entrance Tower". The investment aims to carry out interventions of restoration, consolidation, rehabilitation, and valorization on an ensemble classified as a historical monument of national importance, in order to preserve the built cultural heritage, improve the technical and functional condition of the constructions, as well as increase the touristic and cultural attractiveness of Făgăraș Municipality, in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Contract no. 831/30.06.2026. The works under the contract will be executed in accordance with the approved technical-economic documentation, with the approvals and agreements issued for the investment, as well as with the technical and legislative regulations applicable in the field of construction and protection of historical monuments.
