GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS A. THERMAL REHABILITATION WORKS, OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE ELEMENTS The main intervention works/activities related to the core activity are presented below: 1) Thermal rehabilitation works of the building envelope elements: 2) Thermal rehabilitation works of the heating system and of the system for supplying domestic hot water; 3) Installation of alternative systems for generating electrical and/or thermal energy for own consumption 4) Installation works of air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation in order to ensure indoor air quality 5) Rehabilitation/modernisation works for the electrical installation 6) Integrated management works for buildings that lead to the achievement of the project objectives 7) Related measures for meeting the fundamental requirements regarding quality in construction (Fire safety, hygiene, health and the surrounding environment, safety and accessibility in use, protection against noise, sustainable use of natural resources) – rehabilitation and modernisation works for educational spaces.
